2. Buchi Encapsulator B-390

For innovative microbeads and microcapsules

Polymer encapsulation of active ingredients, bio-molecules, drugs, flavor & fragrances, pigments, extracts, cells and microorganisms under open conditions.

Aseptic working conditions are possible, a controlled, laminar liquid jet to generate beads between 0.15 to 2 mm.

The instrument is ideally suited to encapsulate particles < 50 µm.
